GUARANTEE

 

Nicole Grullon Jewelry offers a 30 day period of guarantee regarding the color of the jewelry. If for some reason the color of your jewelry has changed in the first 30 days of your purchase, you can apply for an exchange or a refund that will be processed after the damaged jewelry arrives in our facility. 

 

If your jewelry arrives with a malfunction or defect you must write to us at nicolegrullonjewelry@gmail.com in the first 3 days after receiving your package. Otherwise we are not able to process exchange or refund to your product. 

 

In some cases your jewelry may apply for free repair, the only costs assumed by the customer is the shipping costs to our facility and the shipping costs to send the jewelry back to the customer.
