In the case you receive a defective item it is your responsibility to contact us  during the first 3 days after your package is delivered and we’ll proceed with either a refund or an exchange when we receive the product in our facility. 


Other cases where you can return or exchange your items are:


  • The size was mistaken

  • The item was not what you expected


In these cases the return or exchange can be process only if the the product is in perfect conditions and with no signs of use.


The return or exchange will be process after the product has arrived in perfect conditions to our facility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items arrive in these conditions and are not misplaced. We won’t be held responsible for any misplaced packages and we won’t able to perform the return or exchange if the package does not arrive.


The period for returns or exchanges is 30 days after your delivery date. 


The shipping costs are at the buyers’s expense.
